Well-maintained classic motor sailer Nauticat 33 Ketch, with fine original details. The boat's current owner has had the boat for 33 years and it has been continuously maintained and updated with unique details, such as an extra steering wheel mounted aft, so the boat can be sailed both inside and outside, in addition, it has a davit for a dinghy that comes with the boat.
The boat's teak deck is varnished with a durable varnish that protects the teak, which is therefore in good condition all around.
The wheelhouse is large and spacious and has doors on both sides for quick access to the deck, making it easy to dock in the harbor. The saloon has 4 good seats around the large dining table. The table can be folded down to

The wheelhouse is large and spacious and has doors on both sides for quick access to the deck, making it easy to dock in the harbor. The saloon has 4 good seats around the large dining table. The table can be folded down to create a double berth with a nice berth length of approx. 2 meters.
The galley/kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage and stowage space.
At the front of the boat there is a smaller cabin with a double berth. The berth length here is approx. 150-160cm, making it suitable for children. It is currently used as a large storage room for rigging, sails and other items while the boat is on land.
The aft cabin is cozy and has two separate berths with a minimum berth length of 2 meters. There is plenty of space for changing and moving around.

In 2019, the bottom of the boat was sanded down and given 3 coats of two-component primer and then bottom painted. The boat is on a stand so it can be bottom painted and get new zinc anodes before launching.
The mast and mizzen mast are stored on a mast stand, but are of course 100% intact and will be installed upon purchase.
