Designed by Norlin/Östermann, the Sweden Yachts 45 is an extremely well-sailing, comfortable aesthetic gem or as the yard says: "Looks great. Performs even better".
"Ultima Ratio" from 2001 is a top maintained 2-owner example with the documents in order that has never been used for charter. The first owner from Germany also stored the ship indoors every winter and the current owner has continued the meticulous maintenance.

The ship is basically very well equipped and built/fitted with high quality materials, where the following should be emphasized.
- The current owner has hand-polished the ship every year and the bottom was scraped in 2024, after which a new primer and bottom paint were applied
- There is documentation for paid EU VAT and the ship is CE Category A; Ocean
- Wires in the mast replaced in 2024 and new cartridge in cunningham
- Mainsail and headsail are laminate sails from UK Sailmakers Denmark (2018)
- Genoa from North Sails (2015) and North Sails genoas (2001)
- Self-tacking jib at headsail
- 2 options for mainsheet system (on deck and in cockpit)
- Sprayhood from 2024
- Custom winter tarpaulin with sandbags
