Very nice home-built mahogany motorboat.Built by a structural engineer as a longtime home builder, well and thoughtfully made.
There is plenty of documentation.
Launched in 2005 where it has been fitted with a new Mercury V6 4.3L Mpi engine with new Alpha One drive.
Note only sailed 210 hours and incredibly well maintained.
Sold as an estate, so unfortunately not much knowledge of much in general other than 4 binders with various documentation.
All in all, a great opportunity to get out and sail for the price of the engine and drive.
