The ship is being sold as part of an estate and below is an excerpt from the deceased's description of the ship. The ship is debt-free and the engine has just been serviced by a mechanic:
- Engine completely overhauled with new gaskets, grinded valves, new bearings and piston rings and cleaning of the cooling system before the current owner received the ship in 2018.
- Autoprop folding propeller from 2020.
- All hoses to toilet and holding tank replaced with odorless hoses.
- Stern tube gasket replaced in 2017.
- Cockpit table is fold-up model.
- New starter battery installed in 2022 and 4 batteries listed as from 2019.
- New bunk lights installed in salon.
- Ruf trim is glued and in place to ensure tight joints.
- The floor received an osmosis repair in 2013 with sandblasting, 3 coats of filler and 4 coats of Hempel High Protect and 4 coats of Hempel Light Primer.
- Bottom treatment by professionals in 2022 with receipt where the bottom was scraped and sanded down, then given primer and new bottom paint.
- New John mast and mainsail in 2009. New genoa BM sail in 2021.
- Standing height approx. 185 cm.

- Aft cabin: 200x160 cm
- Salon: 200x70 cm
- Forward cabin: 200 cm (V-berth)
Hull penetrations
- WC in and out replaced in 2008.
- Engine replaced in 2006.
- Miscellaneous at the sinks replaced in 2005/06.
The boat has had a total of four owners. The previous owner sailed it to the Caribbean and was very pleased with its reliability and safe sailing characteristics throughout the journey. The boat has seen the world and is now ready for new adventures.
