The hull is shaped at the shipyard that built the Motiva 39. The superstructure is designed by the owner himself, who has had the construction done by professionals. The boat appears solidly built and maintained over time. Isiteak was laid on the hull and deck 10 years ago and is continuously replaced where necessary.
The age of the boat says 1973 - but it would be more correct to write that it was 25 years old - when the current owner took over the boat and emptied it completely and began the rebuilding. For the first 5-8 years, the boat was on land and was chartered. Therefore, the engine has only run a maximum of 500 hours. Inspection report is available from when the shipyard inspected the boat in 2010.
In the bow there are two cabins. On the port side a bunk with a length of 200cm and on the starboard side two single bunks with a length of 160-170cm. These could be combined into a master cabin if desired.
Large saloon with 195 cm headroom. Large sofa, kitchen with fridges. 3 x gas hob and oven, sink and a bathroom with electric toilet and shower.
Aft is the owner’s cabin with double bed and workspace.
In the center is the engine room under the cockpit, where a Volvo Penta 6 cyl. 105HP engine is located and working stably. There is a 500ah battery bank and a starter battery. Furthermore, there is also an oil-fired boiler that heats the entire boat via waterborne radiators.
The boat is also insulated above the waterline which reduces heating cost
The boat comes ashore regularly and is sanded and painted. Last time in August 2023.
