Perkins diesel engine with 80HP, saltwater cooled and from 1976. The engine starts and runs really well and is well maintained. The previous owner was a car mechanic, so you get an engine that has been looked after and cared for.
Both wooden masts are completely renovated and varnished in 2020. Sails for both masts were overhauled by a sailmaker in 2020. The masts can be lowered if you need to sail through the canals in Sweden, Germany, France or further south.
The boat has both a diesel heater and an air-to-air heat pump, so the boat can be heated efficiently while sailing and in the harbor regardless of the season.
The boat is clinker-built in 4mm steel, with an overlap of 6 cm according to the previous owner (i.e. 8mm steel overlap). The hull was thickness measured at the yard in 2021 where it appeared as new. Newly painted top
Large forward cabin with 3-person leather sofa and good views, as well as good light through large windows on three sides of the forward cabin.
Comfortable high double bed (so you can look out while lying in bed), the bed fits a double mattress that is 160 cm wide and normal length (200 cm). There is a large storage compartment on both sides of the bed. The front cabin contains a skylight for fresh air and light. From the double bed, you can control both heat and light throughout the boat. There's a swivel TV (with Apple TV) that can be used from both the sofa and bed. Plenty of storage space in large drawers, as well as a prepared platform for a washing machine and the possibility to install 3 additional drawers.
New and bright bathroom with hot/cold water incl. shower and electric toilet.
Cozy cockpit with dining area and 360-degree view. There is also a kitchen with three gas burners, including a large fridge and plenty of drawers for food and kitchen utensils. Easy access to the deck from both sides of the cockpit via sliding doors.
The rear cabin is in original condition with two large single beds, storage compartments and windows with plenty of natural light.
